Easy Thai Peanut Sauce

So I was definitely in the mood for something simple after a long day and the boyfriend loves wraps, problem solved right?.  Nope.  I like wraps too, but finding a gluten free version can be tricky. Thank goodness for rice paper wraps!Thai Spring Rolls made easy

These are so stinkin’ easy to put together and the peanut sauce is even easier (and a must!) to whip up.

Thai Peanut Sauce (or Dip)

Vegan, Gluten Free


  • 1/2c creamy peanut butter [I cut the fat using peanut flour to make peanut butter]
  • 1/4c sesame oil
  • 1/4c agave nectar
  • 1T apple cider vinager
  • 1 1/2t tamari (or gluten free soy sauce)
  • 1/2-1t ginger
  • pinch of salt


When I say easy peanut sauce, I mean it!  Take all of your ingredients and stir them together. Thin it with a tablespoon or two of water if it’s too thick for your liking.

This sauce is not only great for dipping spring rolls in but it makes a fabulous salad dressing or marinade.  I marinated some tofu and baked it in the over for a few minutes.  It made for an ideal protein in my spring rolls, giving them an extra peanutty kick!
