So this Cream Cheeze of mine has had a few photo opportunities this last week and I thought it time to share the recipe.
What’s particularly great about this Cream Cheeze, aside from the fact that it’s vegan, gluten free and not loaded with junk, is the fact that you can make it in less than five minutes. Here it is, a quick and healthy Cream Cheeze!
- 1 package silken tofu
- 1T vanilla extract
- 1T lemon Juice
- 4T coconut butter (coconut oil works too but turns into more of a sauce – still good though!)
- Stevia to sweet to liking
Put all of your ingredients in a blender or food processor. [Perfect sized job for a Magic Bullet]. Whirl away until smooth.
This vegan cream cheese mixture is perfect to frost Ninjabread Men and Gingerbread cakes, sandwiched between cookies, frosted on Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins or even just used as a fruit dip. However you decide to devour it, enjoy!
